I use natural materials and metal beads that are handmade by silver and gold smiths. Every effort is made to find and incorporate the finest quality. With natural stones, there are imperfections and damage can occur. As with all handmade things, workmanship can fail, no matter how fine. Should a piece become damaged, I will make every effort to replace or repair any damage, within reasonable limits.
